At The Whole Self, we believe your self-care experience begins the moment you place an order. From thoughtful packaging to timely delivery, every step of our shipping process is handled with the same care and intention we put into our products. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Clean Care, Delivered With Intention

At The Whole Self, we take great care in getting your order to you as efficiently and thoughtfully as possible. All of our products are carefully packaged and shipped from our fulfillment center to ensure they arrive in excellent condition—ready to support your self-care ritual.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During peak times (such as product launches or holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping within the U.S. via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (when applicable)

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time—but stay tuned.

Shipping Promotions

We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping during promotional periods. If a promotion is active, details will be displayed sitewide or at checkout. These offers are available for a limited time and may change without notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us at orders@edzensolutions.com. While we’re not responsible for carrier delays, we’ll work with you to help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
