While all sales are considered final, we’re committed to resolving any issues quickly and thoughtfully should your order arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete:

We’re so sorry! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the issue. Here's how to get started:

  • Let us know if you'd prefer a replacement, refund, or store credit

Our team will review your request and respond promptly to ensure everything is resolved with care.

What We’re Unable to Offer:

To keep our quality standards high and our process sustainable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Requests made after the 7-day window

We also reserve the right to limit replacements or deny requests if we believe the policy is being misused.
